Plans and Usage
Plans set account capacity, retention, and selected product capabilities. Request quota and throughput are shared across the account; other limits shape how you organize and deploy it.
The plans
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Requests/month | RPM | Agents | Bases | Origins/installation | Analytics |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | Free | Free | 200 | 30 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 7 days |
| Lite | Rp29.000 | Rp278.400 | 1,300 | 60 | 2 | 3 | 3 | 14 days |
| Pro | Rp79.000 | Rp758.400 | 3,700 | 150 | 5 | 10 | 10 | 30 days |
| Business | Rp199.000 | Rp1.910.400 | 9,000 | 300 | 20 | 30 | 50 | 90 days |
| Enterprise | Contact sales | Contact sales | By contract | By contract | By contract | By contract | By contract | 365 days |
Yearly billing is available on Lite, Pro, and Business at a 20 percent discount against twelve monthly payments. Billing cadence does not change the monthly request-quota window. Compare and change plans on the Available Plans(sign in required) tab.
Rate limits apply per account, so two agents on Pro get 150 requests a minute between them, not 150 each. The monthly allowance is shared across the whole account too.
Knowledge Gap AI Filter
Starter includes basic Knowledge Gaps. Lite, Pro, Business, and Enterprise include AI Filter intelligence for the Knowledge Gaps workflow. This capability does not change the agent's grounding or grant extra request throughput.
What counts as a request
One answered question is one request, no matter where it came from.
- A question through the embed widget, the SDK or the REST API.
- A message you send in the Playground while testing. It is the same assistant, so it costs the same.
- Refused requests do not count. An unauthorised origin or a rejected key spends nothing.
- Reading the models list or the appearance endpoint does not count.
Track consumption, tokens and daily activity on Usage and Analytics(sign in required). Adding material to a knowledge base does not consume requests; only answering does.
Paying with your balance
Paid plans are charged against your account balance. You top the balance up, and subscriptions draw from it, which keeps renewals from depending on a card being present at the moment they run.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Minimum top-up | Rp5.000 |
| Maximum top-up | Rp100.000.000 |
| Where | The Billing and Subscription(sign in required) page |
| History | Every top-up, renewal, upgrade and refund is listed with its date and amount |
Changing plan
Upgrades and downgrades behave differently on purpose, so you never pay twice for the same period and never lose paid time.
| Change | When it applies | What you pay |
|---|---|---|
| Upgrade | Immediately | A prorated amount for the days remaining in the current period, taken from your balance |
| Downgrade | At the end of the current period | Nothing now. You keep the higher limits until the period ends |
| Cancel | At the end of the current period | Nothing. Access continues until then, after which the account returns to Starter |
A same-plan billing cadence switch is scheduled for period end. A higher tier with a cadence change takes effect immediately at the current cadence, while the new cadence is scheduled for period end. A scheduled downgrade can be cancelled before it takes effect, and a cancelled subscription can be reactivated while it is still inside its paid period.
Renewals, and what happens when one fails
With auto-renewal on, the plan price is taken from your balance at the end of each period. You can turn auto-renewal off, in which case the account returns to Starter when the period ends.
| Status | What it means | Do the assistants answer? |
|---|---|---|
| Active | Everything is current | Yes |
| Cancelled | Cancelled but still inside the paid period | Yes, until the period ends |
| Past due | A renewal could not be charged. A short grace period of three days follows | No. Visitors receive a temporary unavailability message |
| Expired | The grace period passed. The account is back on Starter | Yes, within the Starter limits |
A past due account keeps its agents, material and keys, but its assistants stop answering. Because the API still returns 200 with an unavailability message rather than an error, an integration will look healthy while answering nobody. Top up the balance to restore service.
Choosing a plan
- Starter is for validating one assistant. Two hundred requests is enough to test with real questions, not enough for a public launch.
- Lite supports one or two small assistants in early live use.
- Pro suits a live website with regular traffic and a small number of agents.
- Business suits several audiences at once, or a product integration whose volume is steadier than a marketing site.
- If throughput is the constraint, compare the account-level per-minute limits. Splitting traffic across agents does not increase that allowance.
Limits and their behaviour when reached are detailed on Rate Limits.
Keep enough balance for the next renewal rather than topping up on the day. A renewal that cannot be charged puts the account into a short grace period during which assistants stop answering.
Prices, allowances and plan names describe the current catalogue and can change. Nothing on this page is a quotation or a contract, and the authoritative figures for your account are the ones shown in your dashboard at the time of purchase.
